A Typical Session... Sessions are usually around 45-60 minutes and are conducted fully clothed on a massage table. An initial assessment is done using a tuning fork to check the level of energy flow in all areas of the body. Sessions begin with an affirmation and use of the “OM” tuner to take away the stresses of the day. You will then experience the Energy Vitality Technique with the SomaEnergetics TM Energy Tuners which can assist in opening your energy centers and in raising your energy level from survival to optimum vitality. The Solfeggio Body Tuners are used to address specific areas of concern. The closing affirmation is given followed by a post assessment to chart any improvements.

What if we access potential energy? This is energy that is stored and available for use in another format. A SomaEnergetics Vibrational Tuning activates the energy in the root energy center and raises it up through the other centers to awaken and balance them. This allows the energy to flow freely.
